An offbeat and uneven, but strangely compelling film. Three youngish people share a large old house in Edinburgh. They advertise for a fourth to share, and the new man arrives, but is soon found mysteriously dead. More mysterious is that he had a vast amount of money in cash.
The three decide after some argument to keep the money and get rid of the body. So far, so conventional. The plot then thickens in unpredictable ways. Some of the script is not entirely believable, but I had to keep watching until the end, which has a twist.
When the three have got rid of the body and spent some of the money, we see that two of them are indulging in some bohemian leisure activities, including one of the male characters wearing a dress.
Recommended film.
